Volume Transfer Project gone live in the Customer Service industry

In SAP, Volume transfer focuses on automating the process for transferring the customers. This project created a process to allow different locations to perform transfers between different Sales offices at customer level. The transfer will validate the request and require Management approval prior to processing. The Sales personnel gained quick access to customer database thus improving processing time.
