Wholesale and distribution went live in Nagpur with POS

A leading trading company has rolled out Crave’s Point of Sale (POS) application to manage their multiple retail stores with centralized database. This application is seamlessly integrated with robust SAP Business One ERP system. The POS system has helped the client to improve customer service, day to day operations, up to date item information to superfast billing, inventory management, warehousing, a better handle on promotional activities, gift cards and certificates, and loyalty program management. The POS systems ability to work in an offline mode has helped the client tremendously to manage remote retail stores without internet connectivity. Crave’s POS has features and benefits that most Retail store are looking for.

Microsoft dynamic integration with SAP Mobile platform

Crave InfoTech has integrated SAP Mobile Platform with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ECC. This application automates the customer creation/on-boarding process which was earlier manual for the client.

This connector integrates Microsoft Dynamics Sales System with SAP Service System. Below are the benefits the client has experienced:

  • Reduce operational cost associated with Adobe LiveCycle by replacing the legacy system.
  • Eliminate manual steps in customer on-boarding process thus reducing the overall time to first invoice.
